Atrium Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the nursing process based on expanded knowledge and experience to provide age-appropriate patient care.
- Provide critical care, including continuous cardiac monitoring, emergency care management, continuous IV admixture infusion, ventilator management, invasive line management, and patient ADLs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or Alabama.
- ACLS and BCLS certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to customer service.
