Lead Optometrist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced optometrist to lead our team and provide high-quality patient care. As a Lead Optometrist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences, maximizing store growth, and collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure executional excellence and winning results in partnership with the MOD and store team.
• Demonstrate commitment to exceed results through strong competency in KPI management and high accountability.
• Develop and maintain a positive Doctor-patient relationship.
• Provide accurate diagnosis and recommendations to patients.
• Maintain State Licensure in good standing and practices to the full scope of that license.
• Participate in Continuing Education requirements.
• Deliver clear, motivating, and constructive feedback to team members.
• Create a positive culture linked to the corporate culture.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Problem-solving ability.

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary range: $145,000 - $180,000 per year.
