Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of highly skilled technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-quality team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in leading technicians through troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Supervisory experience in the convenience store, truck service, travel center, or related business activity.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Truck Service business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
