Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Cutting Edge Decorative Concrete. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing and finishing concrete floor coatings, including epoxy and stamped concrete overlays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of concrete floor coatings, including epoxy and stamped concrete overlays
  • Floor preparation, including diamond grinding and shot blasting, repairs to cracks and patching
  • Performing work on both small and large projects, both residential and commercial
  • Ensuring strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
  • Striving to meet and exceed production goals
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • General construction knowledge
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to work in a team environment and get along with others
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to follow instruction and learn from constructive criticism
  • Ability to lift 50 plus pounds
  • Ability to do physical activity

We pride ourselves on being a productive and manageable work environment, where everyone can be successful. We focus on family first, with long-term attainable goals. We have also helped other men and women become successful contractors in running their own businesses using the same methods and processes that Cutting Edge has used for its own success.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Our expected hours are 35-45 per week.
