Job Summary

We are seeking licensed clinicians to join our Enhanced Outpatient Services Team, providing assessment and treatment to adolescents. As a critical member of our team, you will deliver direct services and provide clinical consultation to our multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide group, individual, and family therapy to clients as required.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, including initial intakes and ongoing assessments.
  • Work with service recipients to create person-centered recovery plans.
  • Provide clinical consultation and guidance to case management staff.
  • Complete all agency records using a collaborative documentation approach.
  • Participate in crisis response services, providing risk assessment, crisis intervention, stabilization, and counseling, and assessment for hospitalization.
  • Serve as a client advocate, making timely referrals to other agencies and providing consultation and follow-up communication with law enforcement agencies, community agencies, schools, medical facilities, and inpatient units.
  • Actively participate in team communication processes to ensure appropriate services and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related social services field.
  • Licensed at the independent practice level as defined by the Rhode Island Department of Health (LICSW, LMHC, PhD).
  • Minimum of two years of clinical work experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and genuine outlook about change and a belief that people can achieve positive outcomes.
  • Open to learning and enhancing skills.
