Position Overview:
As a Laboratory Specialist PRN, you will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, documentation, and reporting of various laboratory tests and their results. Your role is crucial in ensuring that quality control measures are not only met but also properly documented.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tests and analyze results accurately.
- Maintain effective communication with physicians and nursing staff regarding necessary tests.
- Complete proficiency testing as assigned to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or an equivalent educational background is required.
- A minimum of one year of recent experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.
- National Certification (such as ASCP, AMT, NLCP, ASCLS) is highly desirable, along with BLS certification.

Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $30.
