You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, support and facilitate each child's progress, and complete biannual progress reports using standardized developmental assessment tools.
Responsibilities- Provide developmental assessments and treatments in a play-based approach for children ages birth to 3 in their natural environment
- Provide parent education and home programs related to treatment goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of fellow treating clinicians
- Support and facilitate each child's progress through quality therapy, increasing opportunities for inclusion and enhancing trusted caregiver-child relationships
- Complete biannual progress reports using standardized developmental assessment tools
- Education: Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Licensure: Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy licensure in California (or eligible)
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test
- Desire to work with patients in home setting is required
- Pediatric experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
