We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to join our team at Gutter Supply Inc. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees.

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Set up user accounts and permissions
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoot system and network issues
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Install and maintain antivirus software
• Perform regular data backups
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure efficient operation of the IT infrastructure
• Document technical procedures and user guides

• Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
• Experience with VPN setup and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, switches, routers, and firewalls
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
