Shift Information:

Third Shift

12-Hour Shift: 7pm-7am

Overtime Required

12-hour Third Shift alternates between Week 1 and Week 2. Week 1: Mon/Tues/Sat/Sun; Week 2: Wed/Thurs/Fri. Every other weekend OFF. Shift hours: 7pm - 7am.

Compensation Details: $1,000 Signing Bonus and $500 Referral Incentives Available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Diagnosing and resolving machinery issues effectively. Performing routine maintenance tasks.

Identifying and rectifying electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems.

Executing designated projects (including machine relocations, adjustments, setups; material handling; workspace improvements, etc.)

Assisting in training fellow maintenance personnel and production team members.

Ensuring that tasks either maintain or enhance product quality.

Conducting Preventative Maintenance on machinery.

Completing work orders accurately and in a timely manner.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Further education (associate degree) in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

Prior experience in a production setting is highly desirable.

Experience with electrical systems ranging from 24V DC to 480V AC.

Ability to understand and interpret electrical schematics.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Strong team player who meets project deadlines with quality workmanship.

Hands-on or classroom training in hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, electronics, welding, and mechanics.

Experience with Hilift/Forklift operations and eligibility for certification.

Training in Quality Management Systems and Environmental Systems.

Able to work in a manufacturing environment, involving standing, bending, stooping, lifting, pulling, and pushing.
