About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Product Manager to lead our fintech strategy. As Principal Product Manager, you'll refine and execute a multi-year vision that drives revenue, growth, and value for our business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy for B2B transactions that aligns with Intuit's mission.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring customer needs and business objectives are met.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to drive desired outcomes and create meaningful impact.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with external software providers, financial institutions, and others to enhance our embedded fintech capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven product management experience in delivering impactful embedded fintech products.
  • Deep understanding of B2B products, such as Bill Pay, Spend Management, Card Issuing, or Payments.
  • Strong execution focus, managing project timelines, quality, resources, and scope to maximize impact.
  • Technical expertise in software-led payments solutions, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams.
  • Excellent team-oriented skills, mobilizing teams, fostering alignment, and executing collaboratively across various business areas.
  • Prioritize customer experience, demonstrating empathy and a relentless drive to enhance their journey with our products.

What We Offer

A competitive estimated salary range is $175,000-$225,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of fintech and work with a talented team at Intuit.
