The Surgical Services Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing nursing services in the Emergency Room. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement strategies to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Direct supervision of employees
- Performance improvement and quality control
- Staff development and continuing education
- Performance appraisals and competency assessments
- Orientation and licensure requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Montana Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Management experience
- 2 years Clinical nursing experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association
