Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker II to join our team at Amy's Kitchen. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our food processing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform standard cleaning procedures on food processing equipment and utensils to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
  • Maintain the interior and exterior of the building, including floors, walls, and ceilings, to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the facilities maintenance team to ensure that all cleaning and sanitation tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in regular cleaning schedules and special projects as assigned by management.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities manager in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and sanitation or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in a fast-paced food processing environment with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Must be able to work in a 3rd shift environment, 9:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate of $18.00.
