Role Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of our Janitorial division is to ensure that client workplaces are clean, orderly, and sanitized.
Key Requirements:
- We seek a reliable individual who takes pride in their work.
- This role involves cleaning various areas including resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Schedule: Full-time evening shift from 1:30 PM to 10 PM, with varying days.
- A fingerprint background check is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate:
- Dependable and committed to high standards of cleanliness.
- Possesses a positive attitude and a focus on client satisfaction.
- Able to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Preferred: 2+ years of cleaning experience.
- Must pass a background check.
Job Duties Include:
- Cleaning and maintaining the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, windows, and walls.
- Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as desks, door handles, and phones.
- Managing cleaning supplies and placing orders as necessary.
- Emptying trash and recycling containers.
- Stocking and organizing supply rooms.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Maintaining restrooms to ensure cleanliness.
- Washing windows and mirrors.
- Reporting unsafe conditions and maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Operating cleaning equipment as required.
- Dusting furniture and fixtures.
- Demonstrating proven experience in janitorial work.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Integrity and the ability to work independently.
- Completing tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Time management skills are essential.
- Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment.
