Role Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of our Janitorial division is to ensure that client workplaces are clean, orderly, and sanitized.

Key Requirements:

  • We seek a reliable individual who takes pride in their work.
  • This role involves cleaning various areas including resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
  • Schedule: Full-time evening shift from 1:30 PM to 10 PM, with varying days.
  • A fingerprint background check is mandatory.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Dependable and committed to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Possesses a positive attitude and a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Able to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

Job Duties Include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, windows, and walls.
  • Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as desks, door handles, and phones.
  • Managing cleaning supplies and placing orders as necessary.
  • Emptying trash and recycling containers.
  • Stocking and organizing supply rooms.
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Maintaining restrooms to ensure cleanliness.
  • Washing windows and mirrors.
  • Reporting unsafe conditions and maintenance needs to supervisors.
  • Operating cleaning equipment as required.
  • Dusting furniture and fixtures.
  • Demonstrating proven experience in janitorial work.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Integrity and the ability to work independently.
  • Completing tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Time management skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment.
