About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Fox Rehabilitation. As a Geriatric Speech Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Geriatric House Calls to older adults, delivering proactive and evidence-based therapy to support their health and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our patients.

Requirements
  • A valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
  • A current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC) and a degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Basic computer literacy skills and current CPR certification.
  • The ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
