Job Summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Residential Advisor to provide guidance to students in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of group living dynamics and be able to promote a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance and support to students to ensure a positive living experience

Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and attitudes among students

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and healthy living environment

Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports as required

Participate in career development services and provide guidance on independent living skills

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required

A minimum of one-year Job Corps or related program experience required

Valid in-State Driver's License preferred

Ability to lift 40 pounds and assess the lift load to ask for necessary assistance
