Job Title: Surgical Tech

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Tech to join our team at Bluepipes. As a Surgical Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Job Summary:

The Surgical Tech will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the operating room, as well as assisting the surgical team during procedures. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain the operating room, including setting up equipment and supplies.
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures, including passing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment.
  • Communicate effectively with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a Surgical Tech program or equivalent experience.
  • Current certification as a Surgical Tech (CST) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
