**Job Summary**

ABA Support Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Lehigh Valley area.

**About the Role**

This full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity to work in a school district, utilizing your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to create a positive impact on the lives of students.

**Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Supervising staff in the implementation of intervention protocols
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with insurance companies
  • Knowledgeable about early learning curriculum and behavioral principles

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or Master's degree in BCBA at the Master's Level; Maintain certification of your BCBA and LBS;
  • Previous experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program is highly desirable;
  • A minimum of 1 year clinical/home/school experience providing direct services to children with Autism and supervising staff in the implementation of intervention protocols;
  • Knowledge of insurance-third party funding systems or willingness to learn;
