Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychodiagnostic evaluations, including clinical interviews and psychological testing.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for individuals with emotional disturbance, mental illness, substance use disorders, and developmental delays.
  • Prepare detailed psychological reports, summarizing diagnostic findings, treatment recommendations, and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community service providers, and stakeholders to deliver trauma-informed, culturally sensitive services.
  • Participate in research projects, contribute to policy development, and engage in professional development activities.

Essential Qualifications

A master's or doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited institution and a valid license as a Psychologist issued by the California Board of Psychology are required. Some positions may require additional qualifications, such as post-graduate experience or bilingual fluency.
