Job Title: Guest Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team at The Wellness Centre. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and promoting our wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and introduce guests to our facility and services available.
  • Assist guests with purchasing retail products and provide thorough explanations of services and products.
  • Verify medical insurance and communicate effectively with patients.
  • Schedule and confirm all appointments according to company protocols.
  • Provide excellent telephone service to guests, perform sales transactions, and maintain accuracy and professionalism.
  • Actively maintain a beautiful physical environment in public areas, engage in cleaning and re-stocking, and follow all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Professional appearance and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, customer service experience, and verbal communication and written skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure situations, flexible work schedule, and strong desire to deliver high-quality customer service.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
