As a Newscast Director with News-Press and Gazette Company, you will play a crucial role in leading our fast-paced news programs that air on ABC, CBS, and Fox network stations. Your expertise in directing live newscasts will be essential in delivering high-quality content to our audience.

• Direct live newscasts using Ross Carbonite and Tricaster 8000 switchers
• Operate Xpression, Photoshop, audio mixing boards, Ross Inception, and automation systems
• Lead a team of professionals in a studio environment
• Ensure excellent computer skills, people skills, and leadership qualities
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure a smooth broadcast

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of broadcasting equipment and software
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
