We are looking for a skilled Software Testing Professional to join our team at Cyborgwave. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with experience in developing and maintaining test plans, test scenarios, and automated scripts. You will also need to be proficient in testing methodologies and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining system test plans, system test scenarios and manual and automated scripts
  • Leading execution efforts to guarantee superior outcomes
  • Conducting requirement analysis and defining test strategy design

You will also be working closely with our development team to identify and resolve defects, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, configuration, and user guides.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing
  • Proven experience with testing CRM based and/or web-based applications
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
