In this role, you will work closely with our talented chefs to craft high-quality pastries, desserts, and breads that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and aroma.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality pastry items, maintain equipment, adhere to sanitation regulations, meet with the Executive Chef, inspect tools and supplies, and establish daily priorities. Contribute to the success of our restaurant concept and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:
1 year of proven experience as a Pastry Cook in a high-volume establishment. Good knowledge of French pastry techniques. College degree or Culinary school degree preferred but not necessary. Must have computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.) and excellent communication skills.

Estimated Annual Salary:$55,000 - $70,000, dependent on experience.
