The Training Specialist role at Center for Primary Care involves developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our medical staff. This individual will work closely with various departments to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
Responsibilities- Assist with the coordination and delivery of training programs, providing ongoing support and shadowing for new personnel.
- Develop and maintain EHR navigation, clinical skills, and workflow training for existing staff members.
- Organize and prepare training materials and supplies, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
- Certified Medical Assistant or LPN required; BLS Instructor Certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a medical office environment, with leadership, supervisory, or training experience strongly preferred.
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
