**Job Overview:**

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will be responsible for conducting fidelity and quality assurance reviews of juvenile community supervision agencies, providing feedback and recommendations to improve their compliance with state standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

This role involves:

  • Developing and implementing plans for conducting fidelity and quality assurance reviews/audits of all juvenile supervision agencies;
  • Scheduling and conducting on-site and remote reviews/audits;
  • Preparing reports from reviews/audits, including recommendations for improvement;
  • Reporting findings to agency staff and directors;
  • Taking steps as directed by supervisors to follow up on recommendations;
  • Preparing aggregate reports regarding findings in audits and recommendations;

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • One year of experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities relevant to the agency's programs;
  • Educational requirements may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency;
  • A bachelor's degree with 24 credit hours in criminal justice, social sciences, or behavioral sciences (preferred qualifications);
  • Experience working with offenders or other high-risk populations;
  • Audit or review experience, including observing group work;
  • Group facilitation and coaching experience;
  • Excellent writing and reporting skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, coach, and motivate others;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of and experience in implementing evidence-based practices;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to develop collaborative working relationships; and
  • Valid driver's license (post-offer requirement).

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this role is $46,092.80 - $51,414.40 per year, based on education and experience.
