Job Title: Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at GPAC. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of diesel engines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair diesel engines and equipment to company standards.
  • Recognize potential problems and perform or order necessary repair work.
  • Coordinate with Manager to ensure proper parts and supplies are available.
  • Supervise Mechanic's Helper and ensure they perform all work as required.
  • Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe manner at all times.
  • Perform all required inspections and follow environmental regulations.
  • Keep the shop area and tools neat and clean.
Requirements:
  • Experience maintaining and repairing diesel engines.
  • Valid driver's license, CDL preferred.
  • DOT certification.
  • ASE certifications preferred.
