Job Summary:
FLEX-STAFF, INC. - SHEBOYGAN is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cheese Packaging Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of cheese products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading product into machine and ensuring machine is running properly
- Performing a simple inspection of product
- Labeling and packaging product into boxes and palletizing
- Performing precleaning procedures to raw product
- Unloading boxes and product from transferring carriers
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment
- Ability to read, prepare, and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to communicate with line personnel regarding quality and safety issues
- Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds
Working Conditions:
The employee will be regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift 40 to 50 pounds.
