Job Summary

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to lead the development, testing, and maintenance of new and existing .NET, javascript, T-SQL applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior Leidos database administrators, security officers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface daily with software development team
  • Conduct software package design, implementation, testing, and debugging
  • Support system integration testing to meet project deliverable timelines and release milestones
  • Develop clear and helpful documentation throughout all phases of the development process
  • Implement best practices for code development and maintenance to improve and ensure code quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years' relevant experience in Software Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Proficient in .NET application development in Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Proficient in developing T-SQL statements and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Git, Selenium, and SonarQube
  • Experience using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Powershell
  • Experience in developing and debugging javascript applications
  • Experience with secure coding principles and adherence to DISA STIGs

Pay Range

$101,183,300.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
