Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Interventional Gastroenterologist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our Digestive Health program, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing minimally invasive procedures to diagnose and treat gastrointestinal disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform interventional endoscopies, including endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and other advanced therapeutic procedures.
  • Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal disorders using minimally invasive techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in teaching and mentoring activities to support the education and training of medical students and residents.
  • Contribute to academic productivity and research initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
  • Illinois medical license.
  • Commitment to teaching and mentoring.
  • Academic productivity and research experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Assistant or Associate Professor rank.
  • Experience with joint appointments at Hines and Loyola.
