About the Role

Folience is seeking a highly skilled Cabinet Assembler - Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for assembling and finishing high-quality cabinets to meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble cabinets according to blueprints and work orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Operate various power tools and equipment, including saws, sanders, and routers, to prepare and finish cabinet components.
  • Collaborate with other production team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of cabinet design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cabinet assembly, fabrication, or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate power tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, meeting deadlines and production targets.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
