Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all jobs are performed with excellence and efficiency
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs of the facility to identify repair/service needs and maintain the club's Maintenance Log
  • Partner with General Managers to discuss club maintenance needs and timelines for repairs
  • Procure repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment as needed
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, including upkeep of associated logs and history files
  • Interact with members on the floor to enhance their club experience
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience
  • 1+ year of management experience
  • General knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical equipment
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and CPR/AED certification
