Job Overview

Position Summary: The HVAC Automation Specialist is responsible for the installation, programming, and commissioning of advanced building automation systems for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) applications. This role includes both new installations and retrofitting existing systems to enhance efficiency and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation and ensure timely completion of projects, adhering to customer specifications and project requirements.
  • Create and implement new programming solutions tailored to specific project needs.
  • Modify and update existing programming to meet evolving customer demands.
  • Conduct service, troubleshooting, and repairs on current building automation systems.
  • Facilitate integration with existing systems using a Tridium-based supervisory platform.
  • Provide training to clients upon project completion or as required for ongoing support.
  • Assist clients in resolving issues and develop effective solutions for any challenges related to their HVAC systems.
  • Design custom graphics, trends, and alarms for specific customer applications.
