Job Overview

Sunbelt Staffing is a staffing agency partnering with schools to provide top speech therapy services. We are currently seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in the Medina area.

Job Details

This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for working with children and a strong background in speech therapy. The successful candidate will provide direct and indirect services to students with varying needs.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $$$85,000 to $$$110,000 depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

The SLP will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized plans to support students with mild to severe disabilities. This will include:

  • Assessing students' communication needs and developing strategies to improve communication skills.
  • Providing direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement IEP goals.
  • Monitoring progress and making adjustments to plans as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • An active Washington State SLP license.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a pediatric setting.
