About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Counter Person - Automotive Parts to join our team at Fremont Buick Cadillac GMC. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to our company's success.

Compensation and Benefits: This role offers an attractive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary ranging from $44,000 to $61,600, consisting of base salary compensation between $20.00 and $28.00 per hour, commission compensation based on sales performance, and production bonuses for meeting individual or team targets. Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Counter Person - Automotive Parts, your key responsibilities include ensuring employees adhere to work schedules and policies, forecasting departmental goals, supervising stock orders, maintaining inventory levels, pricing parts accurately, and enforcing safety protocols. To excel in this position, you should possess at least two years of experience in automotive parts management or sales, along with excellent customer service skills, a professional appearance and work ethic, and the ability to work well in a process-driven environment. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required.
