About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at NEMR Total HR. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
  • Tool Maintenance: Maintain and repair a variety of mechanical tools and equipment, including drill presses, grinders, and welding equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in mechanics preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a maintenance or mechanical role; experience with hand tools and equipment maintenance.
  • Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
