Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Longview, Washington. As a PTA, you will work closely with our physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced PTA to work in our outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills. As a PTA, you will be responsible for assisting physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physical therapists
  • Provide patient education and training on exercise programs and home modifications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in an outpatient setting
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and evenings
