Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for pediatric patients, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies to patients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting care plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, promoting healthy outcomes and empowering patients to take control of their care.
Requirements:
  • Active nursing license in good standing.
  • At least six months of recent experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting, with a preference for home health experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
