About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Community Associate to join our team at Regus Management Group, LLC. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage daily operations, including administrative tasks, customer requests, and facility maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized support.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
