Culinary Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Culinary Apprentice - Line Cook Program. This program offers on-the-job training, mentoring relationships, and an opportunity to connect with culinary leaders and peers.

This apprenticeship program is a Department of Labor approved apprenticeship that provides front-line work experience, mixed with learning various cooking roles in the kitchen. The program rotates between different areas/kitchens, but you may be asked to help in other areas as business volumes vary.

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Learn various cooking roles in the kitchen, including scratch cooking and food preparation
• Work in multiple concepts, including coffee and scratch-pastry shops, sit-down restaurants, and a full-service convention center
• Gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Recent Pro-Start High School graduate
• Passion for culinary arts and a heart of hospitality
