Part Time Retail Merchandising Representative

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part Time Retail Merchandising Representative to join our team at Hallmark. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for showcasing our products in various retail stores, including grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
  • Utilize a mobile device provided by Hallmark to report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities.
  • Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers.
  • Support holiday operations, including extended hours and additional days leading up to and following holidays.
  • Participate in department resets, installations, and various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.
