Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Role model our customer service philosophy and engage with all customers to ensure a highly satisfied experience
    • Support a positive store culture and embody all aspects of a Green Culture Pulse
    • Promote our loyalty programs and support Front End coverage as well as Dressing Room and Jewelry needs
  • Human Resources
    • Uphold a culture of honesty, integrity, and respect
    • Communicate accurately and effectively with management and colleagues
    • Accept recognition and constructive feedback
    • Adhere to labor laws and Associate meal and break period policies
  • Store Operations
    • Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for sales floor and participate in maintenance/cleanliness of entire store
    • Maintain floor care cleanliness standards including maintenance and operation of the scrubber and buffer
    • Process and prep merchandise for sales floor following Door to Floor and Working Smart principles
    • Adhere to Front End policy and procedures including ringing sequence and operational controls
    • Balance register draws and or cash office as required
    • Ensure go backs are properly tagged/hung and promptly returned to the sales floor
  • Merchandising
    • Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy
    • Adhere and uphold merchandise and signage standards
    • Partner with Merchandise Coordinator to create and maintain compelling features, flexing the sales floor as needed
    • Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
    • Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed
  • Loss Prevention & Safety
    • Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs
    • Adhere to operational and loss prevention controls according to company guidelines and policies
    • Identify and communicate alert signals and potential safety issues immediately to management/loss prevention to ensure a safe environment
    • Do not engage in pursuit or apprehension of shoplifters
    • Other duties as assigned
