Restaurant Manager Trainee

Mo' Bettahs Meridian North is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager in Training to join our team. As a Manager in Training, you will assist the General Manager in leading a team of up to 40 team members and serve as a secondary point of contact for all customer service matters.
Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Manage inventory, labor, and other store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two or more years of management experience in business or food management.
- Analyze profit and loss statements and create action plans to solve related problems.
