Job Overview
The Prepared Foods Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing team engagement, productivity, and retention of new team members by facilitating and delivering comprehensive training tailored to their specific departments.

This position collaborates closely with Team Leadership, the Store Trainer, Team Member Services Generalists, and other qualified personnel to ensure a seamless training experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective delivery and completion of both new and ongoing training programs within the store.
- Adhere to training deadlines and objectives.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and the Store Trainer to arrange training sessions for new members during their initial shifts.
- Maintain regular communication with new members and leadership regarding the progress of training connections.

- Conduct team-specific operational training, including the implementation of learning pathways and departmental initiatives.
- Attend scheduled Team Trainer meetings and exemplify adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Provide training on customer service standards and product knowledge, offering constructive feedback as necessary.

- Maintain proper care and use of all team equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Complete required training pathways and certifications as assigned.

- Stay informed about the Store Training Roles Handbook and engage with all communication platforms.
- Organize and maintain accurate training records using the company's learning management systems.

General Expectations
- Arrive punctually, dressed in accordance with company dress code, and ready to fulfill all scheduled shifts and training obligations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively while employing suggestive selling techniques.

- Optimize sales potential through proper procedures for product preparation, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with established health and safety procedures.

- Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment, ensuring all equipment meets cleanliness and safety standards.
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, ensuring accuracy in signage and pricing.

- Report any safety hazards or violations immediately.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months of experience within the company or equivalent retail training experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand or walk for 6-8 hours during a workday.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling is required.

- Must be capable of bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
- Exposure to various temperatures and cleaning chemicals is expected.
