Compensation Package

Salary Range: $230,000 - $250,000 Base + 10% Bonus

Qualifications and Care Model
  • MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible (preferably early-career physicians)
  • Experience with Value-Based Care Models
  • Preferred clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or an ambulatory care setting
  • Standard schedule: 8 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (flexibility for 4x10 hour shifts)
  • EMR system: NextGen
  • No on-call duties
  • Average patient visit duration: 30 minutes; Annual Wellness visits: 1 hour, with a daily patient load of 12-15
  • Maximum patient panel: 1,250
  • Complex patients seen 6-8 times a year

In-Office Procedures

Responsibilities include simple suturing, laceration repair, wound care, diabetic foot examinations, and IUD insertion (a plus).


Patient Demographics

Our patient base primarily consists of seniors, with some pediatric cases.


Practice Environment
  • Independent primary care center, not affiliated with any hospital
  • Medicare partnerships through Anthem and CMS
  • Utilizes PicassoMD for referrals
  • Collaboration with LabCorp for lab services

Role of the Physician

As the 'quarterback' of the healthcare team, the physician will provide comprehensive care to patients, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes a clinical pharmacist, nurse, health coach, behavioral health specialist, and medical assistant.
