Key Responsibilities- Deliver customized massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Geriatric, Cupping, Prenatal, and Hot Stone.
- Manage client schedules, including booking appointments and filling your schedule based on your availability.
- Maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- A 60/40 commission split, where therapists receive 60% of each booking.
- A fully equipped environment with everything you need to provide excellent care, including tables, massage lotion, laundry service, and a front desk receptionist to assist with scheduling and payments.
- Access to a full kitchen for your convenience.
- A supportive and welcoming atmosphere for both therapists and clients.
- Must hold a valid massage therapy license.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a busy environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on client needs.
