About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Summers Healthcare Center. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Implement treatment plans through direct therapy and education of the care team, including supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to share clinical findings and recommendations, and provide training and education to staff and families as needed.
  • Opportunity to work at multiple centers, serving a diverse range of patient needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid or pending State Physical Therapy License.
