Woodwind Instructor

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly qualified Woodwind Tutor to join our team.

Job Summary:

• Conduct small group lessons focusing on ensemble playing, intonation, balance, blend, and stylistic accuracy.
• Prepare students for performances and events.
• Monitor and assess each student's progress, providing constructive feedback and adjustments to the lesson plans as needed.
• Encourage and facilitate group practice sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of each student's progress and attendance.
• Communicate regularly with students and the Music Director regarding student progress, upcoming events, and other relevant matters.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with the Music Director to ensure alignment with the company's music education goals.
• Provide individualized attention to students, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in music education.

Requirements:

• 2 years of professional experience in music education teaching high school or college and performances in teaching Woodwind instruments such as the flute, piccolo, saxophones, and clarinets.
