Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Northern California

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine physician to join our team at NP Now in Cottonwood, California. Our clinic is a rural health organization with a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care in a beautiful and supportive environment.
About the PositionThis is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-5pm. The call schedule is 1:3, with RNs taking the first call. The average number of calls per physician is one every three months, and all calls are handled over the phone. There is no hospital call, no nights, and no weekends.
About the BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $235k-$275k, guaranteed in the first year, followed by a salary + RVU model in subsequent years. We also provide 100% medical coverage, including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Additionally, we offer a 401(k) plan and $20k relocation assistance.

QualificationsWe are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician with an MD or DO degree. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a rural setting.
