Technology Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Consultant to join our Shared Services department at Danfoss LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on how to leverage technology to achieve their business objectives.

• Conduct assessments of clients' current processes, business use cases, and existing IT solutions to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify IT solutions that meet clients' specific requirements, utilizing solutions from our existing portfolio or scouting the market for new opportunities when necessary.
• Demonstrate existing solutions to stakeholders and ensure smooth onboarding process.
• Develop close relationships with vendors and external partners.
• Develop recommendations and roadmaps for optimizing solutions in your area of responsibility.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT consulting.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services on an ongoing basis.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience working in IT consulting roles, with a focus on advising clients on technology solutions.
• Solid understanding of Program, Project, and Portfolio management methodologies and Resource management principles.
• Technical knowledge on how to implement these processes via diverse portfolio of tools.
• Hands-on experience in facility management solutions.
• Experience in data analytic tools to create necessary data visualizations.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and strong service-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of basic infrastructure platforms and components.
• Proficiency in English, in both written and verbal communication.
