We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA at ALFS, you will contribute to the development, evaluation, and implementation of treatment plans, making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

• Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures.
• Write and implement behavior management plans utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis to teach independent functional skills.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to determine functions of behavior.
• Provide training for parents/guardians on the ABA interventions used in the treatment plan.
• Create graphs based off of data to track progress of clients.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians working with clients and their families.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• An active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Proper licensure/certifications in Pennsylvania.
• Experience writing assessments, data collection, and graphing.
• Proficiency in conducting FBA's and providing RBT supervision.
