We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at the Children's Coalition for Northeast Louisiana.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role will oversee all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, kitchen management, and staff supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of children in our program
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding food safety and sanitation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and sales

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
